Ember Automotive is located at Discovery Complex Warehouse, DIP 2, Warehouse #5, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, UAE. We are easily accessible from DIP 1, DIP 2, Jebel Ali, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, JLT, and Al Furjan.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays. For urgent inquiries outside business hours, you can message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 232 1646 and we will respond as soon as possible.
How do I book a service?

Do you service all car brands?
Yes. We service all major brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia, Jeep, and 50+ more. We specialise in European and American vehicles.

Pricing & Warranty

How much does a car service cost?
Service costs vary by vehicle make, model, and service type. We always provide a full written quotation before any work begins — you will never receive a surprise bill. Contact us via WhatsApp or call for an estimate tailored to your vehicle.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair carries a parts and labour warranty. The duration depends on the repair type and parts used. We communicate warranty terms clearly before you approve any job, so you always know what is covered.
Do you use original OEM parts?
We use only OEM-grade or manufacturer-approved parts on every repair. We do not fit cheap aftermarket substitutes. This ensures your vehicle performs correctly and your warranty remains valid.
Will you start work without my approval?
Never. We diagnose first, then provide a written quotation. Not a single bolt is turned until you explicitly approve the work and the cost. This is our non-negotiable policy on every job.

Do you repair European cars in Dubai Investment Park?

Can you fix my car the same day?

Do you offer AC repair in Dubai?
Yes. AC repair is one of our most popular services, especially given Dubai's extreme heat. We handle re-gassing (R134a and R1234yf), compressor replacement, leak detection, and full system overhauls for all brands.
What is a pre-purchase inspection?
Our pre-purchase inspection is a 100+ point check of a used vehicle's mechanical, electrical, structural, and cosmetic condition. We provide a full written report with photos so you know exactly what you are buying before you commit.

Location & Access

Is Ember Automotive easy to find in DIP?
Yes. We are in the Discovery Complex, Warehouse #5, Dubai Investment Park 2. DIP is well signposted from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). We are roughly 10 minutes from Jebel Ali and 15 minutes from Dubai Marina.
Do you serve customers from Dubai Marina and Jumeirah?
Absolutely. Many of our customers drive from Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, JLT, Al Furjan, and Discovery Gardens. The drive to our DIP 2 workshop takes 10–20 minutes from most of these areas and is straightforward via the major highways.
Is there parking at the workshop?
Yes, there is ample free parking directly at the Discovery Complex. You can drive in, drop your vehicle, and we will update you throughout the day via WhatsApp so you know exactly when to return.
